Cozy Zen Block is designed with a strict privacy-first philosophy. We do not require account sign-up, email, phone number, or social media logins. Your game progress and sanctuary items are stored 100% locally on your device.

This Privacy Policy explains how PTE Team ("we", "us", or "our") handles player information when you download, install, and play Cozy Zen Block: Wood Puzzle (Package ID: com.pteteam.cozyzenblock) on Android devices.
We are fully committed to protecting your personal data in strict compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and Google Play Developer Policies.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
CozyZenBlock uses Android Jetpack DataStore to store game data directly on your local device hardware:
- High scores, current board state, and streak multiplier.
- Petal balance and unlocked Zen Sanctuary decorations.
- Audio volume preferences (Music, ASMR Sound Effects, Haptic feedback).
- Selected visual theme (Classic Dark Walnut, Warm Oak, Sakura, Kyoto Bamboo).
- Daily reward streak and lucky wheel cooldown timestamps.
This data never leaves your physical phone and is never uploaded to any remote server owned by us.
3. Third-Party Services and Analytics
To ensure smooth gameplay performance, crash prevention, and fair monetization, the app integrates industry standard Google mobile SDKs:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) & UMP SDK: Serves non-intrusive banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. The User Messaging Platform (UMP) provides European users with granular consent choices under GDPR. Users can reset their Advertising ID at any time in Android Device Settings.
- Google Play Billing (Library V8/V9): Handles in-app purchases (Remove Ads, Supporter Packs). All financial transactions are processed directly and securely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Collects anonymous diagnostic logs, device model, operating system version, and crash stack traces to help us fix bugs rapidly. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families)
Cozy Zen Block is a general audience casual puzzle game rated Everyone (PEGI 3 / ESRB Everyone). It is not directed at children under the age of 13. In compliance with Google Play Tag For Age Treatment (TFAT) guidelines, all advertising requests signal general audience status and do not serve personalized ads to minors.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on your geographic location, you enjoy full data privacy rights:
- Right to Erasure (GDPR Article 17): You can completely erase all local game data at any time by clearing application data in Android Settings or uninstalling the app.
