Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MindFlow AI. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and PTE Team ("we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the MindFlow AI: Private AI Journal mobile application.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the application.
MindFlow AI is a self-reflection and lifestyle journaling application designed to assist individuals in documenting daily thoughts, tracking personal habits, and developing mindful habits.
Non-Medical Disclaimer: MindFlow AI is solely a personal productivity and reflection tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or clinical health care. MindFlow AI is not an emergency response system or a medical device. If you require medical or psychological assistance, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Your privacy is central to MindFlow AI. The application operates under an offline-first, on-device architecture:
MindFlow AI offers both a free tier and optional premium subscription options ("MindFlow Pro") via Google Play In-App Billing:
Free Trial Terms: If you enroll in a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid annual subscription at the end of the 7-day trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless auto-renew is disabled in your Google Play account settings prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through Google Play:
After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your active subscription.
Refunds: All payments and refunds are processed exclusively by Google Play pursuant to Google Play's standard refund policies. If you seek a refund, please submit your request through the Google Play Store purchase history.
In accordance with Article 50 of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act):
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works from the application software, logos, or UI designs, which remain the exclusive intellectual property of PTE Team.
MindFlow AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PTE Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by deleting the app and canceling any active subscriptions. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service or modify these terms with reasonable prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and international digital commerce regulations.
